It appears to be Alzina which we infer is her middle name since the age is correct and she is listed as the mother of six living children.
Mary Alzina WALLACE was born on 1 Mar 1854 in Marshall Co., Indiana, USA. She died on 14 Aug 1940 in Winfield, Cowley Co., Kansas. She was buried in Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Indiana. John S. FINNEY and Mary Alzina WALLACE had the following children:
