118. Sarah "Livia"⁴ HAWKINS (Zedekiah³ HAWKINS, Thomas² HAWKINS, Zadock¹ HAWKINS) was born about 1842 in Kentucky, USA. Our reasons for placing Zedekiah Hawkins' daughter Sarah as the wife of Michael S. Waggoner are based on observations by Michael Nee, a Richland County, Wisconsin researcher, who pointed out to us that Waggoner records had a Michael S. Waggoner, whose wife Livia Hawkins was reported to have been born in Kentucky in 1842. The Waggoner records also reported that Livia Hawkins was the daughter of Zedekiah and Eliza Jane Hawkins. The family of Michael S. Waggoner and wife Livia in the Waggoner records matched that of Michael Waggoner and wife Sarah appearing in the 1880 U. S. Census Census in Rockbridge, Richland Co., Wisconsin. This confirmed that the wife of Michael S. Waggoner, who was known in the Waggoner records as Livia, was also known by the name Sarah and clearly was the child of Zedekiah Hawkins and Eliza Jane Race whom we had earlier identified in tracking descendants of Zadock Hawkins.

She was married to Michael S. WAGGONER (son of Peter A. WAGGONER and Sarah OSWALT). Michael S. WAGGONER was born on 27 May 1822 in Carroll Co., Ohio, USA. He died on 27 May 1915 in Richland Co., Wisconsin, USA. Sarah "Livia" HAWKINS and Michael S. WAGGONER had the following children:
