He was married to Lydia Goodwin FORD (daughter of Capt. Daniel FORD and Lydia GOODWIN) on 13 APR 1795 in Claremont, New Hampshire, USA. Lydia was from Claremont at the time of their marriage. Lydia Goodwin FORD was born on 31 AUG 1774 in Connecticut, USA. She died on 3 AUG 1854 in Miller Twp., Knox Co., Ohio, USA. Richmond A. HILLARD and Lydia Goodwin FORD had the following children:
