ZADOCK HAWKINS Book Information

4. Zadock² HAWKINS (Zadock¹ HAWKINS) was born on 6 Oct 1759 in New Milford, Connecticut. He died between 1802 and 1804 in Pendleton Co., Kentucky, most likely. The evidence for placing him as the father of the Zadock Hawkins who moved from near Covington, Kentucky, to near Culver, Indiana, appears in an article on page 106 of the April 2001 issue of The American Genealogist.

He was married to Elizabeth. The name of his spouse has not been fully certified. Her name is based on an an undocumented claim that a marriage between a Zadock Hawkins and Elizabeth occurred after 1771.
