951. Francis Emery⁶ DRAKE (Margaret Ann⁵ FINNEY, Denica "Denicy"⁴ HAWKINS, Zadock³ HAWKINS, Zadock² HAWKINS, Zadock¹ HAWKINS) was born on 28 Aug 1883. He died in 1955. He was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Marshall Co., Indiana.

He was married to Anna C. LEFFERT (daughter of John LEFFERT and Catherine GAST) about 1906. Francis and Anna appeared on the 1910 U.S. Census in the household of his cousin, Lloyd D. Finney, in Fresno City, Fresno Co., California. However, Francis was not listed as a cousin of the head of the household on that census. His relationship was listed as brother-in-law and Anna's relationship was listed as sister-in-law. This indicates that Anna was a probably a sister of Lundy Finney's wife Barbara Leffert and is the basis of the assignment of her surname and the names of her parents. Barbara Leffert's parents, John and Catherine Leffert, appeared four dwellings away from the Lundy Finney household on the 1910 U.S. Census.
