1047. Jesse B.⁶ HAWKINS (William Ezra⁵ HAWKINS, Ezra Eleazer⁴ HAWKINS, Zadock³ HAWKINS, Zadock² HAWKINS, Zadock¹ HAWKINS) was born on 6 Dec 1872 in Somerset, Wabash Co., Indiana, USA. He appeared on the 1880 U.S. Census with his parents in North Bend Twp. , Starke Co., Indiana. He died on 30 Oct 1925. He died of cancer after a long siege of sickness.

He was married to Daisy D. JOHNSON (daughter of Valentine JOHNSON and Rebecca A. PAULSTON) on 28 May 1896 in Plymouth, Marshall Co., Indiana, USA. Jesse and Daisy appeared on the 1900 U.S. Census in Portage Twp., St. Joseph Co., Indiana. Twenty years later they appeared on the census in Mishawaka, which is still in St. Joseph County. Daisy D. JOHNSON was born in Dec 1881 in Marshall Co., Indiana, USA. Jesse B. HAWKINS and Daisy D. JOHNSON had the following children:
