1887. Louis F.⁷ NEITZEL (Ora E.⁶ OWENS, Elijah Eastman⁵ OWENS, Lucenia "Cena"⁴ HAWKINS, Zadock³ HAWKINS, Zadock² HAWKINS, Zadock¹ HAWKINS). The basis for his placement as a son of Paul and Ora (Owens) Neitzel is because he appeared two households away from them on the 1930 U.S. Census. On that census he reported that his father was born in Germany and his mother in Indiana, which is consistent with the nativity of Paul and Ora Neitzel.

He was married to Evelyn about 1924. Louis F. NEITZEL and Evelyn had the following children:
