She was born at Toronto Wellesley Hospital and was given the name Catherine Irene HARRIS at birth but was given up for adoption. She was adopted by John Herbert DUNLOP and Laura Christina SPENCER who renamed her Donna Ann DUNLOP. We mistakenly reported her father's name as Herbert DUNLOP without his first name in earlier records.

She was married to Enrico DI LELLO in Weston, Ontario, Canada. Donna Ann DUNLOP and Enrico DI LELLO had the following children:
