THIRD GENERATION

18. Charles Milroy³ GARN (John Washington² GARN, Abraham¹ GARN) was born on 11 Mar 1862 in Burr Oak, Marshall Co., Indiana, USA. Charles did not appear on the 1870 U.S. Census with his mother who was living at the time with her family, Michael and Nancy (SHOCK) BURNS. Ten years later Charles carried the surname GARN on the U.S. Census where he appeared in West Twp., Marshall Co., Indiana. He died on 7 May 1896.

He was married to Eva M. SUTTON (daughter of Harvey A. SUTTON and Emmaline NEWELL) in May 1886. Charles Milroy GARN and Eva M. SUTTON had the following children:

49 i. Nettie May⁴ GARN was born on 18 May 1888.
50 ii. Susanna Emmaline⁴ GARN was born on 26 Feb 1889.
51 iii. Harvey Samuel⁴ GARN was born on 7 Jun 1893. He died about Aug 1894. He died at age 1 year, 2 months.
52 iv. Marthey Ellen⁴ GARN was born in Jun 1895. She died in 1905.
