He was married to Florence ALLEN (daughter of Rex ALLEN and Henrietta TOWNSEND) in Cadillac, Wexford Co., Michigan, USA. They were married at the Church of Christ. Florence ALLEN was born on 7 Mar 1924 in Rosslyn, Kentucky. She died on 18 Sep 2000 in Cadillac, Wexford Co., Michigan, USA. She was buried in Maple Hill Cemetery in Cadillac. She worked 17 years at B. F. Goodrich, sold children's clothing at Montgomery Wards and worked at Clark's Clothing Store in Cadillac. She was an active member with the American Legion Auxiliary as a life member at Post No. 94 in Cadillac. Her hobbies were flower gardening and time spent with her family and grandchildren.
